3) Receive your application approval
Once your information is reviewed, we’ll reach out with an approval update. If we need anything additional, we’ll inform you right away to avoid delays.

4) Complete a soft credit check on SingleKey
We use SingleKey to verify your credit through a soft check. This helps us ensure a smooth approval process while keeping your financial profile protected

5) Provide your first month’s rent and security deposit
To officially secure your new home, you’ll submit your first month’s rent and the required security deposit. We’ll provide clear instructions on accepted payment methods to make this step simple.

6) Pre-move-in unit inspection
Before your move-in date, we’ll complete a thorough inspection to ensure the unit is clean, safe, and ready for you. This is also an opportunity to note the home’s condition for your records.

7) Key handover
Once everything is finalized, we’ll meet you for your key release. You’ll receive all necessary access instructions and can begin settling into your new home with confidence.
