If you are renting the upstairs unit, you’ll enjoy full access to the main and upper floors. Please note that the basement is reserved for another tenancy and isn’t included with this suite.

When you rent this suite, you’ll have one garage parking stall included, and additional street parking is available for visitors or guests.

At this time, the complex is pet-free to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents.

We require a minimum lease term of 12 months for all residents. Shorter lease terms are not available.
